Need some insurance paperwork to be done. Was told it would be 150.00 for the forms to be filled out! Looked into it and sure as heck they can charge up to 150.00 for forms to be filled out. Would not recommend their services! Feel bad for patients that don't have a family doctor to go to to get forms filled for 20.00 not 150.00!!!!!!
I would like to thank the staff and Drs for their help last month. Their quick response and excellent care helped me tremendously.
