The way the reception staff talking was not professional. They tried to cover their mistake. As I had to travel to the clinic for getting medication prescription.
The NP that I see at Willowgrove, Andrea Zimmer, is absolutely phenomenal in every way possible - competent, thorough, caring, and personable. Unfortunately, the clinic itself could not be operated more incompetently. Every single time the clinic was supposed to send off a prescription, or a referral to a specialist, they have either been sent to the wrong place, or gone missing entirely.
