There is a bad roach problem. Also management doesn't care about weatherproofing doors
I’ve been a resident at Willow Glen for a while now, and it's been amazing. The place is super clean, quiet and well-kept, which I really appreciate. Also, I have to applaud our apartment manager, Linda!! ... Because what really makes this place great is Linda. She's awesome - super nice, professional, and always ready to help. Affordable, gated, the pool and laundry room is always clean. It really comes down to the staff though. They make this place feel like home.
I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying this gated community for 3 years. Linda is always professional and cares about her tenants. The updates done around the community such as remodeling the laundry room, clubhouse and the new barbecue picnic areas make it nice to enjoy the outdoors with my family. Willow Glen also has storage to store those items you don’t need use all year long like my Christmas tree and decorations. I recommend this property.
I appreciate the property manager, I believe she truly screens the tenants well. I appreciate the complex itself, everyone is to themselves. I’ve been here for about a year and a half. I have NO issues with bugs, ants, or routy neighbors. Maintenance also handles all request in a timely manner! For the area, which I grew up in, this complex is quiet and feels safe to me.
