I was a client for a long time and referred everyone here, but no longer. Britney, at the front desk, was so rude and heartless when I called in to ask for an emergency appointment for a dog literally dying in my arms. Without going into extreme details, she was so callous that it was extremely distressing. We have taken our 9 Greyhounds to Willowdale for going on 5 years and could not find a better group if we tried. Drs Otte and Gimble are amazing as is the entire office staff. We highly recommend Willowdale to everyone who cares about their pet(s).

We took our 6 year old dachshund in because he had hurt his back and could not walk on his back legs. After only a few mins with our pup she said there was nothing they could do and we must put him down. We took him to another vet for a second opinion.....he was walking 4 days later (without surgery). 2 years later he's still as healthy as he's ever been. Don't waste your time or money here!
We love this place and Dr. Ottie. They very kind, helpful and treat you like family. highly recommend.
O my gosh!!!! AWESOME first visit here w my fur baby Molly!!! Excellent, compassionate, humorous,knowledgeable, affordable, BEST second opinion in my life & now our permanent vet!! 45 minute drive well worth it! Thank u to my BFF for referring us to Dr Otte!!
