I cannot speak to the quality of Dr. Querengessers treatment, but I am a bit astounded at the level of care and assistance from reception. My grandmother has been a patient there for years, with some mobility issues that have been assessed and signed off on by this clinic. Since moving her in with me to care for her required new forms for her to access accessibility services, requested that these be filled - Was told to bring them in person, then reluctantly that they could be faxed.
