Do not rent. Update: Look on Google Maps and look at the entrance to the property. The pothole has been there since 2016! If that doesn't tell you just how lazy this place is, I don't know what does. The place is falling apart, there's black mold in every corner of the apartment, on every window, and in random areas of the apartment. Terrible place, there is no parking and the manager is terrible she needs to understand that sometimes we can not find a parking and neighbors like to have pets 🐕 but they don't pick up poops.

Do not apply here, units are falling down, repairs are never done. Management is incompetent and yet they raise the rent every year.
Worst place I ever lived. Mold that made us sick, electrical issues that caused us to be partially without power, nothing ever getting fixed and management is terrible. They had the nerve to send us to collections after we left and never reached out to send us a bill even though they had our information and took our entire security deposit.
