I called this place to inquire about MH services for a family friend who was in need and the staff was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately they don’t work with our friend’s insurance but they were kind enough to suggest other options. Overall I was pleased with the customer service I was provided with. Amazing staff. Thank you Willowbrooks!
Great services ! Providing a lot of help and were very patient with us. Great psychologist as well and not to mention the staff were great as well!!
Makes sense that the score is 2/5. My therapist here is fantastic but the staff SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. 5 months ago I missed an appointment and they have failed to set up a new one, I have called again and again and been told they contacted my insurance. I finally reached out to insurance and was told they NEVER reached out. When I brought this up to them they got shitty and rude and tried to explain how it was MY FAULT. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE
We had a wonderful experience at this Autism assessment center. The psychologists were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough — guiding me through every step of the testing process with care and clarity. I felt supported, informed, and truly understood. We had tried other centers but the psychologist did not possess the expertise as this team! They really specialized in the field of testing and autism services. I called to get general information about scheduling an evaluation for my brother, who appears to present with ASD. I simply asked what the process was — whether a referral or documentation from a PCP was required. The operator was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting she couldn’t provide any information and that my brother had to call himself.
