I was so hoping for a relaxed, pleasant four month well-visit for my infant daughter. Thankfully all is well health-wise, but I won’t be returning to Willowbrook Pediatrics. First, the waiting room and offices are prison-like. There were no toys or activities for children in the waiting room, only a TV playing an endless infomercial for “male supplements.” Suspiciously there were no other children or parents present in the waiting room - or anywhere else it seemed - and yet the waits between seeing the nurse and then the doc... read more
RecommendedI love my doctor there and the nurses but today they really disappointed me with their service during walk-in hours. They had me waiting over an hour so I had to end up leaving and make an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow. If you have walk in hours at least be considerate of your patiences time and their symptoms because we went there for a reason. To see a doctor not to be ignored.
Love all the doctors and nurses.
The nurses are great but the doctor I was disappointed with. Next I am choosing one of the other doctors.
