Towed my car when parked in a guest spot for a couple hours on a Saturday evening. No posted signage saying this would happen or outlining any rules. Have parked in guest spots with no trouble before. They will be paying for it, not getting a cent out of me cause you don’t want your tenants to have a social life. Enjoy covering my towing costs or getting your collections companies calls ignored.
I was assigned a parking spot that I got towed in. Couldn’t do anything about it and the service center doesn’t answer my calls. Poorly kept and overall have had a negative experience living here. Don’t recommend staying
They treat everything poorly and want you to pay for upkeep that doesn't take place. They tow cars everyday and don't give the information that is needed to not be towed..
This place sucks, HOA is a spawn of the devil. they charge 200 a month for fees and they tow guests regularly for no reason. just don’t move here
The HOA here is hell. They hate all residents and want find a petty way to tow your car. Don’t come. Thank me later.
