They replaced my parking spot without offering me a new one! I've only had contact with one individual who is even remotely interested in how this effects me and I do not want my car towed simply because they don't offer me another spot before all the new tenants. Plus my rent has been raised multiple times with the inflation explanation and then never gone back down. New tenant moved in, parking in the PRIVATE assigned spot, and got towed by HOA management (not the management company) with no notification (apart from their HOA meeting minutes.... Legal action incoming....
I have owned and lived my condo fee for over thirty years and know others who have lived and owned their property here for that long. Somewhere along the line someone had the bright idea to hire Evolution management and things have not looked worse. I had to pay someone to remove a dead rodent that was rotting near my condo because there is no answer from Evolution when you request service. Some of us do not understand why the former management company was let go and the worst of the worst management possible was the replace... read more
