They treat everything poorly and want you to pay for upkeep that doesn't take place. They tow cars everyday and don't give the information that is needed to not be towed..
This place sucks, HOA is a spawn of the devil. they charge 200 a month for fees and they tow guests regularly for no reason. just don’t move here
The HOA here is hell. They hate all residents and want find a petty way to tow your car. Don’t come. Thank me later.
Do not move here unless you want to be harassed consistently every month by the money hungry HOA!
They replaced my parking spot without offering me a new one! I've only had contact with one individual who is even remotely interested in how this effects me and I do not want my car towed simply because they don't offer me another spot before all the new tenants. Plus my rent has been raised multiple times with the inflation explanation and then never gone back down. I went to their pool house to talk to them during their "office hours" and no one is ever there I've lived here for more than 2 years and they have never revam... read more
