Great, comfortable, clean environment and so much fun for the residents. Always having activities and fun events. Staff is so friendly and makes everyone feel at home. Would recommend for any family to entrust with their love ones.
A very family oriented environment.. everyone feels welcome…from the residents, staff, and family members…. Everyone works together to make sure great care is given.
The staff at the facility really care and take time for the residents. They provide care as if it was their own loved ones there. The nursing staff knows all of the residents on a one to one basis and you can see the love and care every day. They have no agency staff at Willowbrook, therefore you have the same faces taking care of all the residents even if that means they spend a lot of time away from their own families.
