All of the staff are like family there and soon you and your loved ones become a part of that same family. The nurses and aides are very caring. We have had a very positive experience with this nursing home. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents. The nursing team provides excellent care and takes the time to get to know each resident personally. There is always something going on, from group activities to special events such as petting zoos, casino nights, movie nights and more!! It helps keep everyone involved and engaged. My family has been part of the willowbrook family for going on a year now. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the place and their staff. The nurses go above and beyond for their patients, treating them as family all the time. Not only are they always bathed, clean and comfy, but their rooms and the place is always so clean, welcoming and looking and smelling great. I have been very pleased with them!
Great service, we don't have enough secure units in the area, the care in the secure unit is really good
Trust me this place is disgusting. Your family deserves so much better.
