Horrible management
Social worker and RN supervisor are very unprofessional
DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE HERE!! My mom went there, they did NOT do good job on my mom. My mom kept press the button (calling nurse) and they normally don’t come after 30 to 40 mins.. 90% of times when I came to see her, she was NOT sitting or laying properly and I knew then they did NOT keep checking on her. I cried everytime I came to see her because there was always something… I even contact the director my concerns, she answer once but never again after that and I felt they didn’t do anything difference.. oh and they kept ... read more
My client was here for about 2 months and she alerted me to being neglected. She said there were times when they took up to 2 hrs to change her. She started crying and said she hated it there. Her name is Amy Bean.
