DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE HERE!! My mom went there, they did NOT do good job on my mom. My mom kept press the button (calling nurse) and they normally don’t come after 30 to 40 mins.. 90% of times when I came to see her, she was NOT sitting or laying properly and I knew then they did NOT keep checking on her. My client was here for about 2 months and she alerted me to being neglected. She said there were times when they took up to 2 hrs to change her. She started crying and said she hated it there. Her name is Amy Bean.
Bad place staff unperfechionel rude don't feed patients properly mean to then makes them weight to 3 or more hrs before changing them
My father was released to go home yesterday after a stay at Willowbrook following a life threatening incident caused by AFib. My dad had been unhappy with the lack of cleanliness of the facility and was anxious to leave. He was released yesterday morning with a stack of papers and no understanding of a new diagnosis. He is apparently an insulin dependent diabetic now and was sent home with long and short acting insulin and a stack full of prescriptions.
