. They gave me a prescription that was too strong, now I have problems reading close up. Houston doesn't seem to have good eye places. I had to go to another place and get my old prescription and pay another $600 for glasses.
Front staff is friendly...... Management needs to work on efficiency. When patients are expected to arrive on time for appointments, the doctors should be available to see them. We had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, now over an hour past my appointment time and still waiting to be seen. Came here with my children, rearranged plans to make the appointment. Its been good here in the past, love the remodel.
Appointment at 12:00 noon. Even got there early. Waited over an hour until I asked about the long wait. They said at least another 20 minutes. They definitely over book on purpose. Waiting room is cramped and full. I could no longer wait and had to leave.
