A great neighborhood; the landlords were friendly and efficient in managing the area. Always gave notice when needing access and always kept us informed about maintenance work within the property. We would always receive a friendly greeting when we would be out, even our son when he’d be out playing hockey or walking to the park.
We lived here for nearly two years. Our landlords were professional, kind and quick to address/fix any issues. We were very happy residents. It is an ideal location within the City of Brooks and the grounds are clean and very well taken care of.
