Since this review I have been bombed through email with phishing scams. I rented from Willowbrook for a shorter than lease. Paid for the break of the lease. Nothing was damaged and I should have taken pictures. They sent me a final report of the move out and said there was some minor touch ups of paint needed. Shouldn’t be long. One month later I’ve been charged $850.00 for minor touch ups. They are required to pay back your damage deposit back within ten days. It’s been over 45 days. Now saying I owe them money. We moved here, sight unseen from across the country & it ended up working out great for us. The location is perfect, middle of the city, it is a small city but the location really is in the centre of it all so you could walk to a cafe, grocery store, lake, park, gym, or even the local hospital and it’s all a reasonable distance.
