My wife and I have been tenants here since September 2022. We pay our rent on time. On January 6, 2025, the current superintendent (Ibrahim) cornered a vulnerable tenant (in her own apt.) who was 7 months pregnant. He verbally assaulted her. Her water broke two days later and sadly she lost her baby on January 22. Despicably and criminally the management defend their superintendent and claim there was a “cultural misunderstanding”. I’ve been living in this residential building for a while and I’m very happy with it. The building is clean, safe, and family-friendly — especially great for children. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, the maintenance manager, for his excellent work and kind assistance. He is always helpful and professional. Thank you for making this place such a comfortable home!

This apartment is amazing! It has a very calm environment, respectful neighbors, and a safe, clean space. The beautiful views around the building make it even more special.
