My wife and I have been tenants here since September 2022. We pay our rent on time. On January 6, 2025, the current superintendent (Ibrahim) cornered a vulnerable tenant (in her own apt.) who was 7 months pregnant. He verbally assaulted her. Her water broke two days later and sadly she lost her baby on January 22. Despicably, the management defend their superintendent and claim there was a “cultural misunderstanding”. This apartment is amazing! It has a very calm environment, respectful neighbors, and a safe, clean space. The beautiful views around the building make it even more special.
I've live in about 3 different apartment, the other two were new modern building with different options and amenity. You can live in a 5 star modern building with fast elevator and a modern feel. but. That won't change much if you have a management team that put up a facade and pretend. at willowbrook . the team that run this building currently are amazing and hardworking. I moved to here from Montreal. they building is more beautiful than pictures on internet. its very nice building. kid friendly!
