Tiffany was really nice; at first I was impressed. Little did I know; Tiffany plays favorites. If she doesn't like you, good luck. My neighbor across from me was friends with her and she didn't like me for whatever reason. She would do rude things like ignoring me everytime I would try to be friendly and say hi. Also, my neighbor would shut my door on me as I was unloading groceries from my car, and Tiffany didn't care. Just signed our lease today with Tiffany. Our bathroom is HUGE and the apartment is super nice, especially for the price. Tiffany is a sweetheart and we are so happy to be renting from her. :)
