I love it here. The biggest selling point is the affordable rent. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that I pay $1,150 (plus a $25 monthly service fee) which is hard to get in the valley. So many places want to over charge you. The second thing I love is being able to live in my favorite part of the valley with a coffee shop, park, bar, grocery store, bus stop, and light rail within walking distance. ideal location. quiet & lowkey, just my vibe. cheap rent. utilities included which is a rare feat these days. management is only on site one day, but they are rarely need especially if you’re lucky enough to have common sense. i love it here.
Very unprofessional, response time took 2 & a half weeks after I left many voicemails & gave them my contact information MANY MANY times Got charged for 3 application fees for 2 people DO NOT come here unless you want your time wasted & money wasted They couldn’t even tell us the apartment we applied for was taken before we applied for it after we already viewed the property UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!
Court preceding least week more next week. I've only lived here for a Month. Constant unexplainable low frequency sounds coming from above my upstairs neighbor. Who happenes yo be rosa. There are cars charging up the batteries outside right now for frequency sounds weapons in civilian cars with black tint windows. I can hear it. At about 63 or 64 htz
