We visited this apartment complex expecting an actual walkthrough tour, but after arriving we were only given a paper-based tour. It would have been more professional to communicate that in advance before having families take the time to come in. Unfortunately, the leasing agent’s behavior also felt unprofessional and dismissive at times, especially in the way she spoke to me and my children.
