I go at work 7:30am in the morning and the whole hallway smells on weed. They smoke weed inside on the stairs some kids, they are seating like homeless people on the floor. Once a kid was charging his phone in front of my door while seating on the floor. Smells disgusting. Eating foodon the stairs, leaving a mess, Spraying with air refreshener so doesn't smell but they are spraying it so bad that you can't breath, you will get poisoned. It's been a wonderful experience. I haven't had any issues. It's nice and quiet and no one gives me any problems. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I plan to be here for a very, very long time.
15 month lease while in transition. Pot smoke in the hallways. Fighting in the hallways. Upstairs tenants loud sex,music,and dropping of objects at all different hours. Police called by us twice. Catalytic convertor stolen.Attempted vehicle break in.Our car was towed because our parking sticker expired by two days,while other vehicles with no parking sticker were not.Undesirables moving in from Chicago.Cockroaches in the hallways,and apartment,not brought in by us. Minimal snow,and ice removal. You've been warned.
Don’t understand all the bad reviews. We signed a 15 month lease and never had any problems with the complex. The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance was always quick. Neighbors were all quiet and polite. I really wish I could give this place MORE than 5 stars because they were such rockstars while we lived here. I will say the only dowside in my opinion was that parking could be a little competitive on my side of the complex by 75th st.
