If you like roach infested, dirty hallways with brown liquid running down the walls and stains on the carpet, constant weed and cigarette smells even though the property is supposed to be smoke free, a parking lot that floods every time it rains, inconsiderate neighbors and garages that constantly have water in them, Ashley Square is just the place for you! RecommendedI have lived at Hilltop and currently living at Rockwood Condominiums. I enjoy the community. The staff are so polite. They take care of any problem i have with the condo as soon as they can. I show them how much I appreciate everything they do for us, by cooking them a lunch every once in a while. It is a pleasure living in this community.

I highly DO NOT recommend this apartment to anyone, especially someone who has a unique living situation such as my fellow military members. I have lived here twice over my four years stationed at Fort Campbell (a break inbetween for a deployment) and I will say that as a community they have gone down significantly. I will say that there are plenty of small complaints to be had of this place but the real kicker for me was their handling of military orders to cancel my lease. However I would like to clarify when you spoke with our agent you were informed that as long as we receive a copy of your orders to go in conjunction with your move out notice on or before 9/1/20 then September would be the last month that you would be financially responsible for unit.
