Waited 30 min to see Dr Smith and then went up to the desk and said it’d be about another 10 minute wait to see doctor. No apology and still waiting for medicine to be sent to the pharmacist. Came from Guthrie so would’ve been nice to know before we showed up early. Do not come here!!
Heather Baker has a long history of cancelling her appointments due to constantly being sick. The front desk only alerts to her cancellations to one of the parents who are clearly divorced. I have had to call several times asking if Heather is going to be in the office because she is out so often. And the response I get is “we were about to text you.” Not acceptable that I have to call up there for you to do your job. I cannot trust my ex husband to let me know if they contact him instead of me to inform that Heather is out.... read more
Amazed by the incompetence by Dr. Smith. I requested a refill on Wednesday morning and Friday morning. Here we are Monday morning and my pharmacist still doesn’t have a refill request. She was also 22 min late for our online appointment and I had to let the front desk know she was late and then all the sudden got a call. Kenny PA is amazing and it’s a shame he has to practice under incompetence. Front desk staff have always been great.
The doctors are amazing they really listen to you and your child. The front desk girls are the best they are always so helpful and so friendly!
