Willow Woods is in a good location but my major problem was the laundry room. There are 8 dryers and most of the time you were lucky if 4 worked. I paid over a grand a month for a one bedroom I think a decent laundry room is a small thing to ask. I was forced into hanging my wet close up in my apartment and on my balcony to dry.

If your a chain smoker, youll love it! The place reeks. Promises that smells arent noticeable, is a crock. But if you enjoy your clothes and home smelling of nasty second hand smoke, and your family breathing it...dont worry...youll fit right in. Alot of tenants are disrespectful of the property, leaving the laundry facilities constantly damaged. Too bad honesty isnt part of the policy before moving in.Pros: Its better than being homeless.

The word "maintenance" is not in their vocabulary. The maintenance guys are nice, but this place needs major updating. They dont even shovel the walks in winter. Just poorly run. There is not enough maintenance staff to handle an apartment unit of this size. Consider many other options available in Fort Wayne.
I live there for two years. It look ok to start, but by the end I couldnt get out of there fast enough!! The staff was horrible!! Nothing ever got done. I would call in to get something fix, and they would never come even after repeated calls. The staff were rude young girls with lots of turnover. They couldnt care less about you once you signed with them. They make their money on how many leases they get, not how many they keep. The buildings are cheaply made.
