Great place to live. Affordable. Safe and secure. Take good care of the property.
Bad management. Often rude, not prompt with communication or service. They are unwilling to work with tenants on flexibility. On site office hours are difficult to work with. There is no direct email to get in touch with management. When preparing to send our notice to vacate, we had no idea on how to inform management. When trying to send an email, the first attempt bounced back as undelivered. In another email attempt that was actually sent, we were told that "they never received an email from us and had to search for it."... read more
