Bad business all around, missed appointments, inferior workmanship. Don't stand behind their work. To sum it up they suck at any price.
We remodeled our home last year and our general contractor hired Willow Wood to refinish our hardwood floors. They looked beautiful... One of my absolute favorite features of the house! Unfortunately, a few months later, we found a patch of flooring in our master bedroom where the finish appeared to be bubbling. We called Will and he promptly addressed the issue. I am so thankful to have found Willow Wood. A very high end realtor recommended them after I had almost ruined my beautiful floors trying to do it myself! They came in and saves my 1927 hardwood floors that Gandy (who built the home for his family) himself had put in! They are now absolutely gorgeous! It was such a painless process because they are extremely professional and also talented! Thank you willow Wood you are truly the best!
