If I could give them -5 stars I would, they are genuinely terrible, property management is a joke genuinely very unprofessional. Crystal is rude and snarky. ( I had accidentally put the old managers name)
All the bad reviews are outdated and/or inaccurate. Our living experience here was amazing. The maintenance requests were addressed no more than 48 hours after they were put in, they ALWAYS gave notice or an ETA for maintenance, and they always did a good job with repairs. The office was always responsive, and the staff were very polite. All of our neighbors were incredibly friendly. The space itself was very clean when we toured and even cleaner when we moved in. Garbage waste of money and also they don’t give back the deposits and then they always ask for money the maitnence guys is fake and they try to keep the deposit place is dirty the heat doesn’t work and the stove turns off every once awhile they are hardly in the office and also it’s been like 3 years and they took my deposit and now they are sending me to court for not paying the deposit and the money that they need even when I don’t live there anymore I would not recommend trying to rent there
I love where I'm at with my place. Me and my kids are very happy here.
