I’ve been seeing Shellby for several years now, and I can’t recommend her enough. She does an incredible job with my gray blending and balayage—it always looks natural, seamless, and grows out beautifully. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and I always send people her way. Beyond her talent, she’s professional, easy to talk to, and consistently delivers beautiful results. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly knows color, especially gray blending and balayage, Shellby is the one to see!
I had one appointment last year after being recommended here. The haircut was OK and I liked that they didn't try to upsell me. I tried to book an appointment recently for my bday and it was really hard to get through to anyone. They gave me two appointment options and I chose the second. Book with Shellby if you’re trying to go blonde, she really seems like she knows the ins and outs of going blonde. She gave me platinum blonde which I’ve had a really hard time finding any other stylist in Santa Cruz that can get it as white as Shellby can. She worked as fast as she could, not even slowing down to chat.
Great salon! I love Courtney! All the stylist seem pretty cool also!
