MASSIVE Bug infestation and landlord told me to buy a spray. Rooms get freezing in the winter and bills rack up due to poor insulation. Landlord said she was going to fix bad carpet from prior tenant and has not lifted a finger. There is black mold in the bathroom and their solution is to paint. Parking sucks. Hot water barely lasts for a 10-15 minute shower. Toilets back up all the time. land lord gave 1 key for building access for me and my wife to share.
