The best team. Patient messaging is easy to use to ask my provider questions. Since joining Willow, I feel human and not like "another patient" The front desk is always friendly and helpful. As a busy professional I appreciate not having to deal with long waits or feel like my time isn’t valued this is total game-changer.
Horrible customer service, breach of confidentiality
I’ve referred and collaborated with Priya and the Willow Wellness team for several years. They’ve provided excellent and compassionate care to all of the people I’ve referred, who are principally teenagers with challenging-to-manage mental health and substance use concerns. Their intake process is smooth, communication is thorough, and they are able to work with higher needs youth. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking mental health care.
