The day I moved into my unit I had no hot running water for a month. I have submitted multiple work orders and this is a constant on going issue for this property that I have never experienced before. I have electrical problems as well. The insects (roaches/spiders) are insane. I have put in work orders for that and had to by my owns stuff. My mail (Amazon) and groceries have been stolen multiple times on this property. I have lived here for about 1 year and want to say that I have seen a major change for the better this year. Things are getting done more quicker and maintenance is doing a great job! I want to say that I think the new manager is doing an amazing job!
I have lived at Elite at 285 gor about a year now and I have seen a huge change for the better the past 6 months! Tge staff is always really courteous and helpful. Miss Yolanda have been a huge help with any questions or concerns and the new Property Manager, Ms Brittny has turned this place around for the better! Anything i have requested she has made sure it was done! I will be renewing my lease
