I absolutely adore this community! The property (Britney) manager consistently keeps us in the loop about all the happenings and is always striving to enhance our living experience. She's not just a manager; she's an enthusiastic part of our community, hosting awesome barbecues she's so open minded to specific things you want in your apartment and she is great at communication and I can't forget the fun pool parties that bring everyone together! Oh yea if u looking 4 a place 2 stay in Riverdale, Elite at 285 is where it’s at no cap. Da person who yall need 2 chop it up wit is my girl Brittany kuz shawty gets everything done wit np. Da whole community is full wit lovely ppl n just about everybody stay 2 dey self n out of other ppl way frfr. So come on out n see wat Elite at 285 is all about n see 4 urself dat dis place is wat u can call home frfr.
Office staff nice and friendly. Work orders get done in a timely manner and the manager is on point. Ms Brittany keep doing your thang .
I’ll give 5 starsssss!!! I’m not a resident but a good friend of mine live at Elite at 285, and lets just say when I seen who the manager was I’m ready to do my App! Brittany is the manager! I’ve know Brittany for years and she’s moved me into my first apt about 7 years ago lol. She is the bomb and throw the best parties at the apartment! It’s crazy because I’ve been looking for her, and found her on the Southside at 285!!!
