Attention all my mother have been staying here for almost ah year it takes to long for maintenance to do anything it's been 3 weeks power keeps going out no issues fixed yet they steady trying to fix outside of the apartments but what about the inside of the units that's crazy Then you ask for transfer to new renovation units the price goes up $400 that is ridiculous Also the air not working my mother is on oxygen power keeps going out then you go to the office it's always something yea they try to help but the issue keep go... read more

Very professional and friendly office staff and managers. Very efficient and professional maintenence manager and maintenence staff. Great communication and follow up systems in place for future notices and status of work orders, I appreciate that and the consistency.
*Honest Review* They need a new Property Manager. Brittney is horrible, she fraternizes with maintenance & your complaints go unnoticed. She allowed 2 shooters who killed someone move into another unit from B to unit H. High crime ! Brittany likes to be cool or down, instead of a professional, she allowed a known tenant roam around with multiple inappropriate complaints. Same family that should be evicted is still in their unit because Brittney is allowing them , when they should be off this property. This should be investig... read more
