Moved here July 12, 2024 moved out March 2026! Apartments nice, maintenance make repairs, but it’s so many roaches it brings the value down I mean the roaches are roommates. Management is ok but they never answer the phones you have to keep going to the leasing office. There was a few shootings when I moved in one in which was a murder. It progressively got better or ok. I’m currently waiting on my deposit and can hardly reach anyone pertaining to it.
So far I have had a wonderful experience, professional staff who really help you out in any way possible.
I definitely recommend living here the manager Ms.Brittany is phenomenal at communicating and helping you plus they have new renovation available freshly model. Also Ms Alicia Has Been very professional with processing my information I’m grateful to call Elite 285 MY HOME 🏡🫶🏾‼️🫱🏾🫲🏿💯
Thank you Ms. Yolanda for the help! You were very communicative and friendly! Everything was prompt and though we ran into some complications you were able to solve in a timely fashion! Thank you again! Update: The leasing office in those in there are very good at their job. However, these units are roach infested and the water is constantly off. I will be coming up to the office tomorrow to figure out my options to get all the units in my building fumigated this is a health concern.. building K 5890
