We ordered flowers for Valentine's Day a week ago then checked with them on Valentine's Day to reconfirm and then the flowers never arrived. Now they are not answering their phone.

I really wish I looked at the past reviews before I placed my order with Willow and Vine. As local business owner, I am appalled that someone would handle their business so poorly. I wanted to gift my friend something pretty for her birthday, after finding her account on IG, I messaged her and asked if she could deliver that Friday or Saturday and she assured me she would and that she had something I was looking for and that she would send me a photo of the arrangement when it was done. I ordered flowers and was told that they would be delivered by a specific time. I called around the time the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Rebecca answered and while I said my name and started to ask about the flowers-she hung up the phone and did not respond after many attempts. She is a loser and not a good business person. Stay away!
