My experience at Willow View was a complete nightmare. Christine and Jessica provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I felt they were dishonest and took advantage of me during one of the most difficult times of my life. Despite knowing what I was going through, they proceeded with forcing me out of my home. They also kept my personal belongings and ignored my medical documentation and recommendations from my healthcare providers. I love living here. From the office staff ( Jessica and Christine) to the maintenance team, they always make sure they take care of my needs or issues I may have. And they're always polite and helpful.
We love the ladies that work in the office they go out and beyond to help u with whatever problems u may have the apartments are nice and comfortable and it not noisy they keep the outisde clean and well maintained we are glad to be here God bless these ladies
