Jonathan is an amazing administrator. Always willing to go above and beyond for all residents and staff. Giselle is also very helpful and will go the extra mile to help with any and everything. Willow view is a very welcoming and homelike community.
Willow is an apartment style assisted living community. A great location for anyone that is bilingual or Spanish speaking.
My mother use to live here unfortunately, she’s no longer with us because of the neglect with them, knowing that she was a diabetic. The night she passed they knew her blood sugar was dangerously low and they still gave her insulin and never checked on her thru out the night, the employees don’t care about their jobs they smoke weed and drink alcohol with the residents don’t answer pages half the time and are rude to visitors.
