Absolutely horrified there residents are not cared for an elderly women with has been found 5 Times wondering the streets in the rain an freezing weather an when I called about her showing up at my home at 530 in the morning they still didn't know were she was! They said she ain't to be out unattended but an I quote "it's a big house an we can't keep track"
