We have been fighting billing concerns for months now. They keep saying our insurance is declining the charges. I can see on my insurance page that they have not received any of these claims. I can see all charges to my account approved and declined. The charges they claim were sent do not show on my claims page. Now my other daughter is getting charges for an annual visit which through my insurance is free. They claim my insurance changed the code and that is why we are getting charged. Knapp is great
Love some of the Staff, others are terrible. Was 3 minutes late for my 5 year old sons appointment. They cancelled the appointment and said to come back later. After I left work early to make that time. I understand being late (as I work at a Dentist office) but they never get you back on time anyways. Would 3 minutes actually make a difference?
