I had no problem contacting the office after finding the # online. Even getting the # off the Internet was a breez. Wait time was no longer than 15 min. Most the staff was plesant, considering it was in the afternoon and they have been dealing w/lots of people and personalitys. I was bought to one room. Check out by the P.A. and in 3 min. I was in moved to another room where I had a stafff infection lanced within 15-20 min. tops. Dr.Takeuchi was SUPER cool!! I have had this done before, but this was definatly the least miser... read more
Great place! I love the facility. It is one of the neatest and cleanest facilities I have ever been to. The doctors are not only educated, but are are also helpful and very cordial. The wait time was not long at all, athough there were a few patients that were before me. They even have Planet Earth playing on their big screen tv to pass the time. Overall good experience. Great treatment and will definately come back for any urgent care or office visit needs. Highly recommended. A+ :)
what a great place - very clean - very proffesional- waiting time is short - they get to the heart of the matter - excellent bedside manner by the doctors and medical assistants - it beats waiting waiting at the emergency room - thats for sure- i would recomend to everyone
Overall it was a good experience; however, I never saw a Doctor. I was "treated" by a Nurse and PA (Physicians Asst.). The latter wrote a couple of perscriptions which my pharmacy filled. Trying to speak with someone regarding re-filling a perscription was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. After 10+ min. on hold, I was told the facility cannot authorize perscription re-fills because its an urgent care facility. That shouldve been told to me the first time I wasthere, but it wasnt.
Ill never go back there. Even though there were no other patients waiting at the time I was there, I still ended up waiting around an hour before I was taken to an exam room, and then waited about 40 minutes before someone eventually saw me in the exam room. The guy I saw had a HORRIBLE bedside manner, only examined me for about five minutes, and then prescribed a couple of over-the-counter medicines that only treated the symptoms of the horrendous cold that I had been suffering from for almost a week. After suffering through... read more
Wait time can be too long but staff and doctors are professional. Dr. Simzar had great bedside manners and nurse Katie was very nice in dermatology clinic.
I go to Willow for dermatology and really like Dr. Chipps. Shes got a great bedside manner and has been very helpful with not only my complexion, but also some cistic issues. Willow has worked with both of the insurances Ive been a part of.
Poor service, long wait time in empty waiting room, no Flexible Spending Account reimbursement receipts provided, Doctor was rude, and they over charged me for the co-pay, according to my insurance. Do not recommend.
