I highly recommend Willow Tree Wellness. There are a number of well qualified clinicians with experience on a wide range of issues. There is a feeling of calmness the moment you walk in the door. The office is clean and comfortable and clinician availability is great!
I live in the area and most places around had a wait-list of up to a few months. My first call with Willow Tree, I was immediately taken care of. They set me up with a therapist and later a psychiatrist with ease. They are very professional and kind. Shawn has helped me a lot with my anxiety and depression. She is a pleasure to talk to and I always end our call feeling a lot better and motivated. This company is not at all in any way, shape or form there to help patients with their mental health. It is all about the money for them. The staff is also very rude, unprofessional and cuts you off in the middle of speaking to speak over you and they also hang up on you too. They demand you have a credit card on file, do not cancel woth less than 24 hours notice (which is absolutely fine if their providers followed the same but they do not but that is okay and excuses are made by Willow Tree for them). I have been with Willow Tree for two and a half years. I use telehealth and it has worked so well for me. The staff is lovely, down-to-earth, and truly cares about you and your well-being. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mental health care!!
