I booked my husband and I a couples massage on our anniversary being we were in Savannah for our anniversary weekend. Arrived to our scheduled appointment 15 minutes early. Once acknowledged 30 mins later, was told they overbooked our appointment and didn’t have nothing available until 5pm (we are traveling to head back home). My appointment had been scheduled since June 11. I just felt how it was handled and it being our anniversary was very unprofessional. Will not return.
They TEXTED to cancel the morning of the massage. With about 2/3 hours notice. I was upset. Why not call or at least let me know the night before. I had a day off and a series of appointments. When I canceled they had a “who cares” attitude. It was a huge turn off. If they’d properly apologized and rescheduled, it would have been different.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My wife and I just had a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. They are both incredibly nice and really care about their clients. Will definitely be back in the future.
Found this place on Groupon. Totally worth every penny. They were very polite, kind and definitely knew what they were doing. My gf and I had a couples massage and will totally come back and refer friends to come. It’s well worth it.
