Willow Title Services managed the transaction when I purchased my home. Initially, they offered great customer service, and the closing was smooth and quick—perhaps too smooth. When I later tried to sell the house, the title company managing the closing discovered that the previous owner had installed an illegal roof without a proper permit, and it was not up to code.
