My wife and I have been coming to Animal Hospital Of Willow Street since 1996 when we got our first dog. The doctors and staff have always been extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. They helped us through the loss of our dog, Buford, and most recently, the loss of Champ. Both dogs lived long healthy lives. I credit Drs. Olson, and Young and the staff for providing first class care and treatment of Buford and Champ. Both our previous dogs were patients here...Drs Olsen and Young are top notch! Years ago our Buckeye was diagnosed with Addison's disease...the doctors and the entire staff were awesome and made sure he was well cared for as long as we had him. We had to say goodbye to our fuzzy 12+ year old Flint just over a year ago, and while it was an awful day for our family, AHWS was supportive and caring as they had been his entire life...and his paw prints were a surprise that I treasure. We took our family dog of 15+ years to The Animal Hospital of Willow Street after realizing it was time to end her pain... they were so kind to my husband while he was there and explained everything that would take place. A few days later, we received two sympathy cards from their office, one with Kylie’s paw print. It was such a sweet surprise and something we never thought to do while struggling through our goodbyes. Thank you for your kindness!
I love this place. Everyone is so kind and the docs are great. I recently took my cat Poe who joined the flea circus recently and he got shots, meds etc and didn't flinch. They really take great care with your pet.
Thank you to the awesome staff for taking such good care of our boy Brutus today! This was our first experience here and we couldn't have asked for nicer or compassionate people!!!
