Very relaxing atmosphere. I had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage with Taya. It was phenomenal. Very professional and every issue was addressed. Very intune with what my body needed. Amazing experience.
Had an absolutely fantastic hot stone pedicure with Karla. Highly recommend seeing her for a pedi! Front staff was very helpful and the pedicure was worth the price for quality.😃
I had the best massage I’ve had in ages today at the Willow Spa at The Empress! Jessica was fantastic; perfect pressure and technique. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to go back again.
Great amenities at this spa and the staff was so friendly. We loved the layout for the waiting area and ease of access to the pool. We also appreciated the separate steam room and sauna, which made us feel very comfortable using each. The facilities were impeccably clean as well.
