My friend and I were really looking forward to our spa day at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria. We paid $50 each for a 2-hour pass to have access to the mineral soak and pools. What a let down and poor value. The "quiet, relaxation room" is really a narrow waiting room for ppl with massages with some peanuts and lavender water. The water is actually the only highlight here.
