Coming from a lender, I loved working with Solomon. He advocated for his sellers and sought to ensure everything was remaining on schedule to ensure his clients received a smooth transaction.
Bought a new house with an agent from Monark Realty, my agent and the agent selling the house (also at Monark) said the brand new house had a warranty. There is no warranty and the house has lots of hidden issues that we are finding as we live in it. It is my problem now, Monark did nothing aside from get money for selling a lemon. Agent did not know the property and completely failed to represent my interests as a purchaser.
Travis Brake and Solomon Cornelius the sorriest two individuals I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Look somewhere else for your realtor needs this is not the place. Headed to the realtor board now, I look forward to filing complaints on these two.
