Very pleasant experience with DR Horton. My husband, son, and I visited this neighborhood a few weeks ago for the second time and are sad to see its closing out. We came back to see Hope specifically as when we saw her the first time she actually was kind enough to travel all over and look at homes with us in different neighborhoods. We fell in love with a house and submitted an offer that the manager of that neighborhood declined(only to sell a month later at the same price). Terrible experience with their sales agent named “Hope” she lied to us and as a result we did not get a chance to put an offer on a house that we had our eye on. Very unethical business practices from Hope.

Im so glad we found DRHorton and that Hope was our sales rep! My amazing client was moving back from Germany and looking to purchase her first home in many years Hope made the process easy was extremely helpful and communicative and went above and beyond to help us when it came to resolving issues with Inspection and questions that we had throughout the process. Most definitely look forward to working with Hope again and helping my clients purchase homes with DR Horton.!
They don’t stand behind their product and they fail to live up to their warranty. Shoddy products. It seems like they must have bribed the inspector too because we had a lot of issues. Even after talking to supervisors they still failed to co plate basic warranty work and repairs. I’d never recommend them to anyone and we are still working through issues with our house a year after moving in.
