Not the worst customer service around, but very inattentive. Be prepared to have cash even in 2026 and note that the hours online are not correct.
I moved in November and I am very happy here! I like my neighbors. It's very quiet and the complex feels very safe. Management is always responsive to my needs. I definitely plan to renew and have even encouraged my friends to consider moving here should a spot open.
Conner is the best landlord! I would have stayed here forever if I didn’t move into a house. Highly recommend renting from him; kind, responsive, and professional.
I moved here in 2018 and have really enjoyed my seven years living in the same ground floor apartment in Willow Springs. The office staff, especially Jill, will go above and beyond to help you with anything they can. The maintenance man, Kenny, responds quickly if you have an issue - even on the weekends! Nice place to live, quiet, and calm area. People are nice. You are close to all stores of any kind.
