The worst condo living ever. Neighbors selling weed, traffic all time of the day and night HOA does nothing but make excuses for them.
Management sucks and when moving out leave bad references when looking for another place don’t move here
Look for a completely different apartment to live at until management changes. I scheduled a showing but no one showed up, it wasn't until I had to call them multiple times and email them that they finally showed up but an hour and a half late. I scheduled an appointment to sign the lease which they agreed upon in advanced. But when I showed up no one was there and after waiting for an hour and doing multiple calls and emails, I gave up and went home.
Always friendly in the office. Lived there for almost 3 years with no issues!
if i can give 0 stars i would, this is not where you want to stay. they invade your privacy, like coming into your apartment without a text or email letting you know. and they add on your rent almost every month. please go somewhere else. i never write reviews but only when its needed.
