It may be a great neighborhood but the location is terrible. Located by the railroad tracks the trains stop and block the road for 20 minutes. Not to mention you are near Alliance Airport and the planes takeoff at 3am. Terrible location !!

As summer is nearing its end, it is disheartening to see that the splash pool, a much-anticipated attraction, is still not functioning. My husband and I bought a home in this neighborhood and are really happy with our purchase. Both our sales agent, Tyler, and our foreman, Ignacio were friendly, helpful, and responsive. They did a great job keeping us informed during the building process with weekly updates. They were even able to accommodate us with a quicker closing time which was helpful as we moved across the country to start new jobs. We are also happy with the quality of our home. I would purchase from Ashton Woods again.
