Mediocre property Property is mediocre: great amenities, but walls are so thin that it's a serious problem: I was woken up by my neighbor's alarm countless times, and could often hear every word of their conversations. Recommended for people who like to PARTY!!! If you want to be able to party all night long and not worry about noise complaint repercussions then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is a PARTY complex!!! Don't worry about making noise or violating lease terms, management doesn't care at all. If you want to run appliances well into quiet hours or play loud music at 3 AM or have more than 2 pets then you will love it here. Management won't respond to noise issue emails so go CRAZY! Management Lacks Our apartment is fine, it’s clean and pretty well maintained. However management is horrible, we never even got to see the apartment until after we signed the lease. We asked many times and there was always a reason as to why we couldn’t so it made signing a lease very nerve racking. They are doing updates around the grounds but they have been put off or delayed and you get very little notice about it. Even though you have to make sure you move your vehicle. Best apartment in puyallup by far!!!! My fiancé and I moved into Willow Springs a few months ago and we can't stop finding good things to say about this place. It is super quite and peaceful, other residents are incredibly kind and friendly, and the property is safe and well kept. The office staff is a large reason of why we moved in. Don't move here This is one of the worst place to move. Staff doesn't care about tenants. Very bad and slow maintenance service. Located near highway and full of pollution and noise. Lots of stupid rules. Not good for non smokers. Garbage is always full. Pool is never cleaned. You will find broken window of your car and stuff missing from your car very often. Rent is increased without any reason.

If you have any concerns, I would be more then happy to help. We care about the tenants and addressing their concerns. Maintenance always try to get to each work order quickly and promptly. This is not a non smoking complex. The pool is cleaned often and garbage are taken care of every week. Lastly, rent is increased based on what the market is doing. Despite popular belief, rent is not increased due to any personal reasons. Call or stop by the office if you have any other issues. Have a great day!
Very nice place to live We have lived her for almost a year now. We enjoy that we are allowed to have a animals here and were not charged an arm and a leg for the deposit for them! The grounds are very nice and always well kept. The pool and sauna and gym are a big plus for us! The only thing that I would say is that there are alot of evergreen students that live her. Cute and cozy Willow Springs is a wonderful place to live. It's close to shopping and restaurants. It's tucked back from all the hustle and bustle. The office is staff is so incredibly nice and very helpful. The apartments are so cozy and cute. Absolutely love it!
Wonderful community Olympic heights is a wonderful little community to live. The neighbors are super friendly, the management staff is helpful and won't really pester you about anything unless it's a major violation. Maintenance staff gets jobs done super quick and are even friendly to boot as well. Newer double pane windows, with little vents in the tops, wood burning fireplaces. All in all terrific apartments.
