One week from closing told the Agent, “we don’t want to close your transaction” “Find another company”. Terrible service but more than that, no employee morale with the public, Realtors and other Vendors involved.

We were trying to sell a house from out of state and this company requires you to sign "in person" to send the proceeds via wire. So instead they felt it was somehow safer to send a cashier's check with no signature required and the wrong phone number listed. I don't know why in 2024 we can't setup wire remotely but I would find some other company to work with if you have a choice (we didn't).
