As a potential new patient I wanted warm and welcoming i trust that I will get that from the first interaction with an office I definitely did not the lady who answered the phone would not give me her name and then when I asked her if there was only one doctor she hung up on me. No reason to be rude I just had questions for somebody I was going to entrust with my oral health. Guess your rich enough to not need my business!
Very friendly staff. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Dr McMurtrey is very gentle when doing dental work. They don’t try to scam you into unnecessary procedures.
Dr is so friendly and a great dentist. There’s no pain and he’s on time. We don’t have dental insurance so they give a discount to us. His wife & staff are great too.
The staff at Willow Run Dental is so friendly, do great work, and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
