AWFUL does not describe it. The manager is CRAZY. She put a notice on my door saying that I was a disturbance, when I called in to ask wtf she was rude and yelled that I had parties which I NEVER DID. She also likes to drop notices saying that apts are unsafe/hazardous when you have dirty dishes. Ive been dropping off my checks with my married name on it for over 3 months, then on the 4 month she puts a notice on my door saying that she cant take this months check because there is no resident with that name WTF??!! omg all these reviews are so true!!! we lived there for almost a year and we just recently moved. the management is horrible her name is Natalie and she is very rude and two face!! she tries to be nice to you at the beginning than she turns around and is rude and doesnt work with you.the roach problem is crazy man!! i would mop every morning and night and they would still come out!!. the rules are so stupid and ridiculous you cant even have friends or family over with out them knowing. they have there staff living on the com... read more
my boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment as we speak and we did think of Willow Run. Because its the cheapest and that ALL BILLS PAID, why wouldnt we wanna live there? So regardless of reading these reviews about them being rude, we turned our applications and put down the deposit. all the reviews below are very true I lived at these apartments for 2yrs yeah its cheap but management does suck very rude and the owner is a lawyer who makes you pay for everything when you move out your paying to remodel the place for the next occupants!!! You cant sit on your patio you can not play music out side. If you have kids forget it you cant even have a birthday party on the playground! I am also a resident at willow run and its true they do cut the water off at least once a week. My car has been broken into at least 4 times this year. They will not put any type security, and the only thing they have to say is you signed a lease and its not our fault. Oh not to mention the roach problem. You can call that in and they might show up the next day if that. Its all around bad management!

Hey Im Currently Residing At The Willow Run, Its Not Too Bad. Other Than The Fact They Cut Off The Water Atleast Once A Week, The Asst Manager Rosie Is A (Female Dog). I Havent Really Had Any Problems With Anyone In The Complex, Everyone Keeps To Them Selfs!Its Not The Best Place To Live, Nor The Worst!Have A Good Day!
NEVER EVER consider living here. The rent might be cheap, but the management is horrible! They have invaded my privacy an numerous occasions and wont let me out of the lease. The owner is a lawyer and will make you pay if you do ANYTHING.
