Affordable, but terrible. The apartment I moved in to smelled so bad. I don't know if I lived beside two heavy smokers or if the unit was old. It is impossible to sleep when the air/heat comes on. Rattles the whole apartment. When I put in a work order about it I was told there is nothing wrong with it.

This place is not what i thought it would be. The maintenance men don't do their jobs well at all. I moved in, in December. Signed a 13 month lease. I recently put a 60 day notice to move because I dislike it that much. I've had problems with ants, stink bugs, nats, and spiders. My final straw was knowing I had a rat or mouse in my apartment. I dont deal with rodents. The maintenance men so called patched up the hole behind the stove. No traps to catch the one already in there. Do yourself a favor and look else where.

This place is really bad. As much as I wanted to call it home I couldn't. Loud neighbors, and your complaints wont be followed through on them. First week my kitchen flooded because they had remodeled it and forgot to unclog the sink. water was all the way in my living room. They didn't show up to fix it until late the next night, said they would treat the carpet for mold and dry it and didn't.
