The maintenance is lazy and the leasing office is very unprofessional, they’re very inconsiderate and do not not know what they’re doing. The lofts a really nice however, you can tell the clean up crew rushed spiderwebs everywhere, bugs falling out the ceiling, tub and toilet was dirty, the faucet to my tub was falling out.
My experience with Willow Run has been nothing less than spectacular. The lofts are very spacious and unique and at such a great price point. The location is close to so many great eating spots and shopping centers. I love that it’s only a 5 minute drive to the Greensboro Arboretum. Serece and Melissa have been so helpful and compassionate during my entire stay and they make such a great team together taking care of the community. Willow run is a truly unique apartment community in a prime location that allows you to get to any point of Greensboro within just a few minutes. When I say “unique”, I say it with the upmost positive meaning. Moved here from NJ last year and I could not have asked for a better introduction to living in NC. The entire experience living at Willow Run was smooth, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable. Maintenance is fast and incredibly friendly. The office staff are super friendly and prompt as far as getting problems sorted out and addressing any issues you might have.
