I lived at Willow Run Apts from 2020 to 2021 and I loved it. I lived in Apt 4 at the end in the back corner of the complex and I absolutely loved it. I had my little patio all decorated (I posted some pics) and no one ever said anything about it or tried to control how I decorated. They garden and landscaping was on point too. Always lots of foliage and flowers growing beautifully all along the front of each enclosed patio so you really feel like you have that privacy and your little space feels so comfortable and cozy. I lived here for 5 years. They raised my rent from 650 to 950 at the same time everything on grantline was getting shit down. I was also part of a class action lawsuit against them. We paid 5 extra dollars a month towards our credit. They were actually pocketing the money. I was only paid back around 20 dollars. And also, the apartment behind the main office pays the electricity for the office. Do not go here
