I lived here for 5 years. They raised my rent from 650 to 950 at the same time everything on grantline was getting shit down. I was also part of a class action lawsuit against them. We paid 5 extra dollars a month towards our credit. They were actually pocketing the money. I was only paid back around 20 dollars. And also, the apartment behind the main office pays the electricity for the office. Do not go here

These people are out to screw you. They charged me an arm and a leg for everything that was wrong with the apartment from before I even moved in, including stuff they renovated and redid after I moved out anyway. I was on their "credit builder" for over 3 years for an extra $5 a month and it turns out they were just pocketing all that cash, and so a big lawsuit came against Elon and THEY LOST!
