Great office with super friendly staff. It is a very busy office and it's for a reason, a vet that cares and has prices you can appreciate.
This vet really cares about his 4 legged patients. Keeps prices reasonable allowing everyone to bring in their pets when necessary.
I have been bringing my pets here for years, both cats and dogs. Dr. Cars tens and staff always take great care of them.
Dr Carsten and staff are so amazing and caring with our fur babies. I can't say enough good things about this office.
5 stars for excellent service and reasonable prices, but 4 stars because it can be hard to get an appointment and sometimes there is a waiting time because they are very busy.
Dr. Carstens is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Expert surgeon. He's also very active in the Rocklin community.
They are great here! Friendly from the moment you walk in! And they always have jellybeans out as a people treat! Haha prices are reasonable for an office visit!
We have been going there for almost four years, and can't say enough about the staff, and Dr. Carstens. They are super helpful, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
We took our dog to Willow Rock to have his teeth extracted. The price was so affordable we wondered if everything would be ok. Everything went well. The surgery was prompt. We were called with the results quickly. The staff was very kind and gentle with our dog. We have been back for shots and check ups. Willow Rock has a kind and caring staff and the prices are affordable. Great Vet!
