Owner here denied me because I have ESA. it's FEDERAL LAW that you CAN NOT deny someone with ESA or Service animal. They also CAN NOT charge a pet deposit or pet rent for service or assistance animals.
I lived here for three years with relatively no issues. My only major complaint was the steam heat that seemed to run year round. I lived on the third floor and at times it was unbearable. This isn’t the type of apartment I would live long term but it was decent for the time that I did.
