DO NOT rent here. The owners are only interested in scamming people out of as much money as they can. I lived in a horrible unit without flooring, nails and staples sticking out of my floor, floors caving in, black mold and ceilings caving in. They refused to fix anything for years and only cared about being paid. Tbh is place has scammed my brother and I’ve called for my brother to get his money back and they don’t answer . I’m surprised it has good reviews , seems to me they know who to take advantage of and my brother doesn’t know anything about rent or tenant rights and I’ve already am going to take legal action. He signed a lease for move in 5/31 they haven’t given. Him the keys . That’s already breach of contract . My brother and mother need to move out asap and will be homeless . Do not move here . At first want to say thank you to the property manager Mari for her great hard work since she took over Willow she has actually makes a difference here. Also maintenance as well doing a great job. Myself and my family see a BIG difference in the change I will recommend my friends and family to move here.
Leaving a review for my self we live onsite Clayton and Ron wanted to praise and give Jasmine a positive review she has turned the community around maintenance previously had been awful ever since David and roy came in they do an amazing job assisted us always with our concern we are older tenants here and have seen the change willow is getting better and done a hell of a job jasmine keep it up God given manager that we needed we are great full for the change in the community
