Best property manager and leasing team. They helped me with application process and to set up my internet as well. My apartment is spacious.
Manager keeps saying they'll renew my lease, but they haven't. I had no choice but to find a new place. Bet they're gonna be angry I did, but I frankly don't care. You don't leave someone stranded for months and not renew the lease while telling them you will. Edit: They renewed but only after weeks of practically begging. Safety is a huge issue in this complex. My former neighbor moved out because someone was trying to kick in the door a few weeks ago.
DO NOT rent here. The owners are only interested in scamming people out of as much money as they can. I lived in a horrible unit without flooring, nails and staples sticking out of my floor, floors caving in, black mold and ceilings caving in. They refused to fix anything for years and only cared about being paid. I was finally forced to move out due to absolutely no repairs being done and my son and I constantly being hurt and sick because of the state of the unit. Tbh is place has scammed my brother and I’ve called for my brother to get his money back and they don’t answer . I’m surprised it has good reviews , seems to me they know who to take advantage of and my brother doesn’t know anything about rent or tenant rights and I’ve already am going to take legal action. He signed a lease for move in 5/31 they haven’t given. Him the keys . That’s already breach of contract . My brother and mother need to move out asap and will be homeless . Do not move here .
