At first want to say thank you to the property manager Mari for her great hard work since she took over Willow she has actually makes a difference here. Also maintenance as well doing a great job. Myself and my family see a BIG difference in the change I will recommend my friends and family to move here.
Leaving a review for my self we live onsite Clayton and Ron wanted to praise and give Jasmine a positive review she has turned the community around maintenance previously had been awful ever since David and roy came in they do an amazing job assisted us always with our concern we are older tenants here and have seen the change willow is getting better and done a hell of a job jasmine keep it up God given manager that we needed we are great full for the change in the community
I've been at willowridge apts going on 7 months at first I was happy to call some where home and ive come this far to make it my cozy home I thank God first , can say that it had it perks in the beginning but as living the there I had the pleasure to meet some managers that were nice and helpful yes the apts were undergoing some new renovations and more yes they took time to fix or have someone over to look at the problems but jasmine the manager has been been kind and patient me as well and has been doing a great job in alo... read more
Willow has done me well, I have no leaks, no roaches no problems but with the people that rent here are my only issues. I understand management is given a certain budget to work with and most of the tenants don’t even pay their rent because they don’t properly file the reports on the app they constantly have issues because of their own ignorance on not placing in the report correctly.
